What is the sticker design fees?
The design fee is between RM30 to RM100. It is highly depends on your requirement's complexity.

How do I indicate cut line in my artwork?
We'll create a cut line for your stickers and provide an online proof that shows how we intend to cut them. You can request changes to the proof until it looks exactly how you want. If you want to indicate the cut line yourself, we recommend using a vector-based stroke.

Can I request a change after I approve my proof?
After you have approved your proof, no changes can be made and your order will be sent into production. It is important to review your proof carefully before approving it to avoid any errors.

What if my artwork is low resolution?
If you're not happy with your proof, we will make changes for free. We aim to have your proof ready within 24 hours, but it may take longer if your artwork is low quality. If your artwork is complex and low resolution, we may not be able to redraw it and will contact you to request a higher quality version.

How long can I get my proof from SenangPrint?
Normally, we will send you the proof (with cut line) within 24 hours upon you submit your artwork and payment receipt.

Can I request to change the proof?
Yes, you can request to change the proof for free. We will try our best to make the best version until you satisfy it.

Do SenangPrint provide free shipping services?
Yes, we provide free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia

How can I get quotation?

How can I make order?
After you get the prices, you can make order via WhatsApp by clicking the price to WhatsApp our customer support.

Can I make order directly online without contacting customer support?
No. Sorry to inform that we're still developing our e-Commerce system for the time being. You have to contact our customer support via WhatsApp for the time being. We'll try our best to get the e-Commerce system ready as soon as possible.

How long will SenangPrint to deliver my sticker?
We will deliver your sticker within 24 hours upon you confirm the proof and submitted payment receipt. Public holiday and weekend is not included in the 24 hours.

What if my stickers delivered late?
If we don't deliver your order on the promised date, you're entitled to a 10% discount on your next order.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We do quality checks before sending the stickers to minimize the risks of you to get defective item. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp. We will reprint and deliver it for you within 24 hours.

Can I get payment terms?
No. We only accept instant payment via Online Banking and e-Wallet.
