The design fee is between RM30 to RM100. It is highly depends on your requirement's complexity.

How do I indicate cut line in my artwork?
We'll create a cut line for your stickers and provide an online proof that shows how we intend to cut them. You can request changes to the proof until it looks exactly how you want. If you want to indicate the cut line yourself, we recommend using a vector-based stroke.

Can I request a change after I approve my proof?
After you have approved your proof, no changes can be made and your order will be sent into production. It is important to review your proof carefully before approving it to avoid any errors.

What if my artwork is low resolution?
If you're not happy with your proof, we will make changes for free. We aim to have your proof ready within 24 hours, but it may take longer if your artwork is low quality. If your artwork is complex and low resolution, we may not be able to redraw it and will contact you to request a higher quality version.

How long can I get my proof from SenangPrint?
Normally, we will send you the proof (with cut line) within 24 hours upon you submit your artwork and payment receipt.

Can I request to change the proof?
Yes, you can request to change the proof for free. We will try our best to make the best version until you satisfy it.
